The Baptismal *dress*

And I stress, this is merely a dress. Here you have Magdalena choosing fabric.

The finished product, unpressed so the hem is all wonky. Actually the hem is all wonky because apparently linen stretches more than the other fabric I used, but pressing it fixes it.

And finally modeling shots. I may try to get some better ones in better daylight, it was gloomy today, but at least I have some, kwim? I took one close up so you could see the white on white paisley print we chose, and another so you could see the bloomers I managed to finish.

So the dress is somewhat funkified with the paisley, but still very white. It’s just the same reversible sundress I made before that Toddo wanted, but I had to modify the pattern (which fits a 6 month…really maybe a 15 lb. baby and up) to fit her (13 lbs). That was a big deal for me. We were very happy with it.
